NADH is the abbreviation for the naturally occurring biological substance nicotinamide-adenine-dinucleotide hydride. The substance is present in the cells of living organisms such as plants, animals and humans. Our cells need this substance to generate cellular energy. The many billions of cells in the human body also have the task of producing energy.
